Article 1 - Definitions In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

1. Calia Amsterdam: the company offering products and services through the website.
2. Customer: the natural or legal person entering into an agreement with Calia Amsterdam.
3. Agreement: any arrangement or contract between Calia Amsterdam and the Customer.
4. Website: the website of Calia Amsterdam, accessible at [www.calia-amsterdam.com].

Article 2 - Applicability

1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Calia Amsterdam and every agreement established between Calia Amsterdam and the Customer.
2. Deviations from these terms are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Article 3 - The Offer

1. The offer on the website is non-binding and may be changed at any time.
2. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Calia Amsterdam.

Article 4 - The Agreement

1. The agreement is concluded when the Customer places an order and Calia Amsterdam accepts it.
2. Calia Amsterdam reserves the right to refuse an order if there are reasonable grounds to do so.

Article 5 - Prices and Payments

1. All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
2. The Customer can pay using the following methods: iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal, credit card, and other payment methods listed on the website.
3. Calia Amsterdam reserves the right to modify prices and product information.

Article 6 - Delivery and Shipping

1. Calia Amsterdam ships orders within the indicated delivery period. Any delays will be communicated as soon as possible.
2. Shipping costs and delivery times are stated on the website.
3. The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

Article 7 - Returns and Right of Withdrawal

1. The Customer has the right to return a product within 30 days of receipt without stating a reason, only for orders above 50 euro.
2. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
3. If so, return costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
4. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Article 8 - Warranty and Complaints

1. Calia Amsterdam guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, stated specifications, and legal requirements.
2. Complaints must be reported in writing within a reasonable period after discovering the defect.
3.  If a complaint is deemed valid, Calia Amsterdam will replace or repair the product at no extra cost to the Customer.

Article 9 - Privacy and Data Protection

1. Calia Amsterdam respects the Customer’s privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 10 - Applicable Law and Disputes

1. All agreements between Calia Amsterdam and the Customer are governed by Dutch law.
2. Disputes should preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
