Article 1 - Definitions In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Calia Amsterdam: the company offering products and services through the website.
- Customer: the natural or legal person entering into an agreement with Calia Amsterdam.
- Agreement: any arrangement or contract between Calia Amsterdam and the Customer.
- Website: the website of Calia Amsterdam, accessible at [www.calia-amsterdam.com].
Article 2 - Applicability
- These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Calia Amsterdam and every agreement established between Calia Amsterdam and the Customer.
- Deviations from these terms are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Article 3 - The Offer

- Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Calia Amsterdam.
Article 4 - The Agreement
- The agreement is concluded when the Customer places an order and Calia Amsterdam accepts it.
- Calia Amsterdam reserves the right to refuse an order if there are reasonable grounds to do so.
Article 5 - Prices and Payments
- All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- The Customer can pay using the following methods: iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal, credit card, and other payment methods listed on the website.
- Calia Amsterdam reserves the right to modify prices and product information.
Article 6 - Delivery and Shipping
- Calia Amsterdam ships orders within the indicated delivery period. Any delays will be communicated as soon as possible.
- Shipping costs and delivery times are stated on the website.
- The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
Article 7 - Returns and Right of Withdrawal
- The Customer has the right to return a product within 30 days of receipt without stating a reason, only for orders above 50 euro.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- If so, return costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
Article 8 - Warranty and Complaints
- Calia Amsterdam guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, stated specifications, and legal requirements.
- Complaints must be reported in writing within a reasonable period after discovering the defect.
- If a complaint is deemed valid, Calia Amsterdam will replace or repair the product at no extra cost to the Customer.
Article 9 - Privacy and Data Protection
- Calia Amsterdam respects the Customer’s privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 10 - Applicable Law and Disputes
- All agreements between Calia Amsterdam and the Customer are governed by Dutch law.
- Disputes should preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
